Manuscript Digest Submission Guidelines
Authors are required to submit a 3-4 page 'extended abstract' (minimum 400 words) in a 1-column format, including references. Each submission will undergo at least three reviews to ensure technical merit and conclusive benefits.
Accepted authors will be invited to submit camera-ready papers in IEEE format. The Technical Program Chairs (TPC), Publication Chairs, and Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) will assist in ensuring high-quality standards.
Presentation Options
Technical Sessions with IEEExplore Publication
Submissions as described above will be included in the conference proceedings.
Professional Sessions (Education Sessions)
Authors may submit a 1-paragraph abstract and speaker bio via Google Forms. This option does not involve IEEE publication and is suitable for education-focused presentations.
Sponsor/Exhibitor Sessions
Top sponsors and exhibitors can present their products in the exhibit hall. This option does not involve IEEE publication.
